My true passion is to pass along my knowledge of the amazing health benefits that come from Chi Exercise. Bringing a greater awareness to individuals that flexibility & agility is foremost to good health. I discovered Chi Exercises in my early thirties and now, more than 30 years later I feel as good if not better than I did when I started. The Chi is life\'s energy and that energy can be nurtured and invigorated when practiced daily.
